A little guidance.
Help with your practice, journal and optional photo pack.
Your first session
- Choose Start session and settle in with the optional preparation timer.
- Record words, sketches or a photograph of your paper notes before revealing the target.
- Seal your impressions when you are ready. Your original record is then read-only through the app.
- Reveal the photograph and add a separate reflection.
- Return to Journal to find saved sessions and unfinished drafts.
Keep practising
The 31-photo starter collection reshuffles after use. New codes are assigned each session, but familiar photographs remain familiar. Discovery Pack 1 adds 100 different targets as an optional one-time purchase. You do not need to buy the pack to keep using the starter set.
Purchases and restoration
Open More targets to see Apple’s current price and purchase Discovery Pack 1. Wait for Apple’s confirmation and the unlocked status. If a previous purchase is missing, use Restore Purchases while online and signed in to the Apple Account used to purchase it. Do not purchase the same pack again as a troubleshooting step.
Pack photographs are included in the app and work offline after unlocking. An internet connection is needed for purchases and restoration. Apple controls storefront currencies and the purchase confirmation price. If a price looks unexpected, check that confirmation before agreeing and contact support if it remains unclear.
Protect your journal
Keep device backups and do not delete or reinstall the app to troubleshoot. We cannot recover records stored only on your device. Restoring a purchase restores pack access—not a missing journal.
Reading and permissions
Use Done to return from a source article. Camera permission is only needed to photograph paper notes; writing and sketching do not need it. Selected-photo import uses the system photo picker.
