Daily-Do It
Privacy & your data

Your day belongs to you.

Daily-Do It is developed by Business Innovations Australia. This policy covers the Daily iPhone app and these product-support pages.

Updated 1 October 2026 · Applies to Daily 1.1

Lists and photos stay local

Daily stores tasks, notes, checklists, shopping lists, history and selected task and shopping photos locally on your iPhone. The app has no account system, advertising, analytics SDK or developer-operated backend. Business Innovations Australia does not receive these contents through the app.

Voice entry

Microphone and speech access are requested when you start voice entry. Recognition requires supported on-device speech processing. Daily does not upload recordings or fall back to a cloud transcription service. Typed entry remains available if recognition is unavailable.

Camera and selected photos

Camera access is requested when you choose Camera. The system photo picker lets you select individual images; imported copies are stored in local app files. Daily does not scan your photo library. Photos can remain associated with copied or historical tasks, so deleting a single task should not be treated as erasing every retained copy.

Optional notifications

Task reminders and check-ins are local iPhone notifications. Their text may be visible on your lock screen, depending on your device settings. You can manage permission in iPhone Settings and check-ins inside Daily.

Backups, retention and removal

Local-first storage does not disable device backups controlled by your Apple settings. Daily does not provide cross-device sync or a shared account. You can explicitly export a list as readable text or a Daily list file. List files can include notes, checklists and selected photos. Sharing sends a separate copy to the destination you choose; recipients and receiving services control their copies. Received files are previewed before you choose to import them. Deleting the original list does not remove exported or recipient copies. Historical records and some deleted-item metadata are retained locally. Removing the app removes its local data; backup copies may remain according to your device and Apple backup settings.

Support and Apple distribution

If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send, and use it to respond and investigate the issue. Do not send sensitive task content unnecessarily. Apple separately handles App Store purchases, distribution and any TestFlight diagnostics and feedback under its own services and privacy terms.

This website

These product pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising, third-party fonts, tracking cookies or forms. The interactive preview uses sample tasks in page memory only and resets when reloaded. The website hosting service may process ordinary request data such as IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and secure the site.
